Giving Something Back

🌱 Giving Back

Strength isn’t just what you build for yourself — it’s what you’re able to offer others.

As The Next Level Guy Show has grown, I’ve become more aware of something I ignored for far too long: contribution. Not the performative kind. Not the “look at me” kind. The quiet, grounded kind that reminds you the world is bigger than your own problems.

For years, I was focused inward — fixing myself, surviving my own storms, trying to get my life in order. Giving back felt like something “other people” did. But as life steadied, perspective shifted. Helping others isn’t about being virtuous. It’s about connection. It pulls you out of your own head and reminds you that strength becomes real when it’s shared.

Contribution doesn’t always mean money. It can be:

  • offering your time

  • sharing a skill

  • supporting a local group

  • helping someone through a difficult moment

What you’re able to give changes with each stage of life. The point isn’t how much — it’s that you care enough to try.

Below are a handful of charities and causes I respect. They’re here as options, not obligations. If something resonates, explore it directly and decide what feels right for you.

🌟 Why This Matters

Giving back isn’t about perfection or grand gestures. It’s about remembering that we’re all connected — and that even small acts of support can ripple outward in ways you’ll never fully see.

If you’d like, I can also help you refine this page visually — layout, structure, calls to action, or even how it fits into your broader brand story.

Andy Man’s Club is a charity whose mission, put simply, is to prevent other families from going through the heartache and grief caused by suicide, by encouraging men to speak openly about their issues.

We aim to achieve this through our Monday night talking groups, and through the power of awareness, sharing stories and sharing experiences.

Homeless Project Scotland is a Homeless Charity in Scotland,  founded in order to help the homeless and vulnerable in Scotland.

Lendwithcare is a microfinance lending website from the development charity CARE International UK. Launched in September 2010, it allows individuals and groups to make small loans to entrepreneurs in developing countries, and help them work their way out of poverty

Marie Curie is the UK’s leading end of life charity. We provide frontline nursing and hospice care, a free support line and a wealth of information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement.

Scottish SPCA is Scotland’s animal welfare charity, who’ve been on-hand to protect animals and prevent cruelty for 180 years. Over almost two centuries, we’ve grown to become a national charity which celebrates the strength of the human-animal bond and enriches the lives of animals and people.

We are a completely separate charity from the RSPCA, which helps animals in England and Wales.

The Trussell Trust has a vision for a future without the need for food banks.

They support a nationwide network of food banks and together we provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK.
