Onnit 6 Challenge

Onnit 6 Challenge is now live!

The third installment of the Onnit 6 Challenge is open for registration. The contest where the prize is not only a better body but a better life. Here’s how it works: users sign up for any one of our Onnit 6 workout programs for six weeks, and note your physical and mental progress along the way.

We’ll pick two winners (one male and one female) who we feel made the greatest progress—not just changing their bodies, but also their lives. The winners will receive $1000 of in-store credit, access to every Onnit 6 program for life, and $6,000 in spending cash!

Onnit 6 is a full-body, transformative workout you can do in the comfort of your own home in just six weeks. If you can watch videos on your phone or computer, and if you have enough space to stretch, then youre fully equipped with a home gym compatible with Onnit 6. Theres no need for costly equipment or personal trainers. These workouts are designed to help you lose weight, build muscle, move better, and feel better. And they work.

Choose from any of the 5 courses, including the new Durability program. Each program includes 4 resistance training/metabolic conditioning sessions and 2 non-traditional yoga workouts per week. 3 levels of progression for every exercise, so you can easily scale and customize each workout based on your level.

  • Video instruction from Onnit Chief Fitness Officer John Wolf; you’ll feel like you’re getting personal coaching from one of the best trainers in the world.
  • Delicious, diet-friendly recipes and nutrition tips.
  • Mindset strategies from Onnit Founder Aubrey Marcus himself.

Register for the Onnit 6 challenge and win up to $6,000 and $1,000 in-store credit. Deadline is 7/19/2020.

About the Author
I host The Next Level Guy Podcast — conversations focused on helping men build themselves physically, mentally, socially, and professionally through real-world experience, discipline, and honest self-development. The show was built for ordinary men trying to improve their lives without the fake guru nonsense, empty motivation, or polished perfection. Every episode focuses on practical lessons, hard-earned perspective, and actionable tools that can actually be applied in real life. My own journey has included struggles with confidence, focus, mental health, and feeling stuck — which is why I care more about lived experience than theory. I’m not interested in pretending to have all the answers. I’m interested in learning from people who’ve genuinely done the work, testing those lessons in my own life, and sharing what actually helps. If you’re trying to become stronger, calmer, more capable, and more intentional in how you live, you’re in the right place.
