DAY 3 — THOUGHT AUDIT

You are not your thoughts.
But you are responsible for what you entertain.

Today’s task:
• Notice recurring thoughts throughout the day
• Write down the top 3 you keep returning to
• Ask one question for each:
“Is this useful?”

You’re not fixing anything today.
You’re learning how your mind actually operates.

DAy 2

The Next Level Reset — Day 2

BODY CHECK

This is not about punishment.
It’s about honesty.

Today, notice:
• How did you sleep?
• What did you eat?
• How much did you move?
• Where does your body feel tight, flat, or switched off?

No fixing. No plans.

Just write the answers down.

You can’t respect a body you don’t pay attention to.

Awareness first. Action later.

Tomorrow we act.
Today we observe.

No criticism. No punishment.
Just data.

Your task today:
• Notice how your body feels when you wake up
• Notice your posture, energy, tension
• Drink water intentionally
• Move for 10 minutes (walk, stretch, breathe — doesn’t matter)

The body keeps the score.
Today, you listen.

DAy 1

Day 1 — Name it to Tame it

Today’s task is simple:
Write down what’s actually bothering you right now.
No fixing. No judging. Just name it.

I’m doing this publicly to stay honest.
