Everytime I listen to this, I pick up a new hack, tip or new habit that helps me understand life deeper and become happier, healthier and more focused on achieving my goals. Highly recommended to anyone looking to find out how small changes can yield life changing results in return. 

Crunch Time by Rick Peterson & Judd Hoekstra 

This was one of the first books I listened to on Audible and it completely change my views on mindset, mentality hacks, making actual changes in your mindset and becoming mentally strong, a must for anyone.
