KEY POINTS, Links & Actions

Here are some key points that I would advise you to concentrate on

  • Your life does not end at 40, it’s not a death sentence, with some simple changes in your mindset, routine and lifestyle, your forties can be the best of your life.
  • Danny challenged himself to change and improve his health. Too many people accept their current point in life, but we can all change, we can all improve. You just need to find the support and tools that you need to improve.
  • Your health should be a key priority in your life but especially at 40 onwards.
  • You don’t become a man when you’re 18 that’s an age right? You you go from a boy to a man when you take full accountability for yourself.
  • Traditional healing modalities are not always the answer, you can find additional support and healing methods via Google (please use common sense on what services you undertake as unfortunately there are users out there).
  • B12 and testosterone are good tests to have taken, as the level readings can indicate how your health can be improved.
  • Danny noticed that losing weight helped with his concentration and reduction of ‘brain fog’ which had been hindering his concentration and ability to work for long periods – “… what I’ve noticed is as my visual fats coming down. The brain flog was starting to clear more and more.
  • Danny tried as many different methods as he could and found out what worked. If you don’t try you will never win or succeed. You need to try different methods to get different results in life.

  • Your influences when 0-8 years old shape your programming and who you become as a man later on.
  • Complacency kills a relationship.Relationships are a consistent investment between the different parties but resentment can grow quicker, you need to put in constant work to build, strengthen and grow as people and as a couple.
  • … most of your programming will come from your childhood so you are going to develop from say you know from 0 to eight years old right? So you’re very malleable at that time. So all the influences around you is gonna go into your programming so that’s to say that you was raised in a chaotic environment. You may find later in life you thrive in more chaotic environments. You might find that in order. To feel. Loved there has to be chaos so you might be the savior that wants to gun rescue that person that’s got a lot going on and then you’ll find that you’ll disown or your abandon your own needs for that person.”
  • I want to normalize sorting out your bullshit I Want you to go and do in the child work I Want you to do all those things fuck What the boys say fuck the brotherhood if they tell you go and do this course. Don’t go to get your cpts. Sorted down your flashbacks and your childhood trauma and the problem because you can’t function in society your brothers are there to support you and with positive masculinity. They take care of your friend I agree that. You can’t sit there and wail and roll around the floor crying in front of your partner all time. Get that there’s a time and a place to be vulnerable. There’s time and a place to understand emotional literacy and it doesn’t make you weak to sort your own bullshit out.”
  • “You know if you had to to term reactive abuse. It’s where someone would keep digging and pushing away at someone and that person explodes because they’ve had enough because they’re not going to put up in a nonsense and then they’ll go see told you you know like switching it back on on you Why you got such a problem done but really, it’s the other person. And the other person reacts. That’s why it’s called reactive abuse very Insidious. You have to be very careful of that as Well.”
You need to consider what goals you are wanting from life, and consider how these things will work with your family, business, etc and adapt to suit.

  • Take responsibility for yourself, and for your family, consider wills, pensions, and ensure your dependents are taken care of.
  • There’s always gonna be people hanging on there’s gonna be around people for wrong reasons. But the quickest way of cleaning up your friend group is to hold people accountable and let them hold you accountable and do it respectfully …
  • … people will show you who they are and when they do believe them just just watch them. Don’t take any notice of anyone’s words watch directions. That’s it.”
  • Consider: ‘what value do you offer in each area of your life?’ How can you increase this in each area and help others.
  • You don’t need to live in the gym to change your body, you can start with some body-weight exercises, second hand weights etc, and start to transform your body.
  • Don’t think you can change overnight, start slow, build up your transformation each day, start improving each part of your life slowly, let it become a new habit and then make another change, and then repeat. Let the new habits become part of your life and change and repeat.

  • … you start off small because what people don’t realize 1% improvement per day compounds to 3800%
  • It doesn’t make you weak to sort out your problems, to do inner child work, see a therapist, do your own thing etc, to cut off bad relationships or stop bad habits, you can choose your own path and put in boundaries  as you feel are justified.
  • You can change at any time, you can make new friends at any time, you can try new things at any time, its your life, your time, change now, chase happiness and not regret.
  • You can have a second chance in life. You will need to change in a way , and avoid your previous environment and make emotional changes as well as lifestyle changes to truly change.
  • Things only change when you change.
  • You only live twice, and your second life begins when you realise we don’t live forever, so make it count!

About the Author
I’m a podcaster who interviews great examples of people to discuss and highlight the methods, hacks, tips and procedures you can use in your own life to help you develop and better your life. I would definitely not consider myself an expert, so to improve, I ask them and action it in my own life! My personal journey has been marked by awkwardness and awesomeness, OCD and ‘OMG’. I have suffered with depression, shyness, unhappiness and lack of focus and motivation so I know what’s it like to feel lost and hopeless. Back then, I wished I had a podcast to listen to and find actual fixes and concrete action steps and not just unobtainable suggestions and promotion of their products but couldn’t find it … so I made my own!
